“Learning is what happens once we are engaged”

A client sent me a great post about what the elearning community should learn from the social media world from http://www.elearnspace.org/blog/

“I think learning misses the element that Ze Frank describes as “conversational energy”. It’s not the content, it’s the connection (expressed in conversation, dialogue, relationships). Teaching is an invitation to engage learners in a dialogue. Learning is what happens once we are engaged.”

This is going to be in all my pitches from now on. Thanks Caroline!
